Returns & Refund Policy
Refunds are offered if returned complete and in excellent condition within 7 days of receipt.
We don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.
Please email the details of your return request to giftshop@ZebraLane.com for more information.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure:
1) The items are packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way
2) You use a shipping provider that offers package tracking and insurance
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Q:  When will my UPS Ground shipment arrive?
A:  All UPS Ground shipments will arrive within 8-10 business days.

Q:  Do you offer quantity discounts?
A:  Yes, a 20% discount is offered on orders of:

10 boxes of cards of one design

20 or more lapel pins

10 packs or more of 4 ink pens

30 or more of most items (tote bags, luggage tags, patches, journals, portfolios, etc.)

Q:  Do you ship overseas or to APO/FPOs?
A:  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to APO / FPO addresses due to the customs paperwork required for each package. 
Some of our other military customers use a family or friend's US address and they send it to them.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q:  Do you sell Delta Sigma Theta merchandise?
A:  Delta Sigma Theta does not allow vendors to sell items online. Due to this rule, we do not carry Delta items.
